  1. Now THAT’S my kind of meditation. F*ck all the mindfulness peaceful serene crap. It doesn’t work for me. Prayer does work occasionally – my favorite one being “Not my shit, Not my sh*t, not my sh*t. Amen” This has proven to be effective in many cases and now, coupling with this meditation for the real world…my consciousness is blowing up like a yeast infection. Thanks for the fabulous post.
